Verio Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the Verio official website. Please review the information below before completing your purchase.

Shipping Options

Free Standard Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on all orders.
  • Shipped via trusted international carriers, including but not limited to: Netherlands Post, Singapore Post, Hongkong Post, China Post, SF Express, DHL eCommerce, and other standard air mail services.
  • Estimated delivery time: 1–2 weeks, depending on destination country.

Fast Shipping (Paid)

  • Available at checkout for customers who prefer faster delivery.
  • Shipped via express carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS, or equivalent.
  • Shipping fees vary by destination and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Time

  • In-stock items: 1–3 business days.
  • Customized or high-demand items: 5–20 business days.

Delivery time does not include order processing time.

Shipping Origin & Tracking

Verio works with selected global manufacturing and fulfillment partners. Orders may be shipped from outside of the United States.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). You may track your order via the Track Your Order page on our website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

European Union & United States

For orders shipped to the European Union and the United States, customs duties and import fees are covered by Verio by default. Customers in these regions will not be required to pay additional customs duties upon delivery.

Other Countries & Regions

For destinations outside the EU and the United States, customs duties, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or other import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not collected by Verio at checkout. The recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all local import regulations.

Verio is not responsible for orders delayed, rejected, or confiscated due to customs regulations in the destination country.

Non-Delivery, Abandoned & Returned Parcels

  • Verio is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order.
  • Once an order is placed, cancellations, address changes, or rerouting are not possible.
  • Unclaimed, abandoned, refused, or disposed parcels are not eligible for a refund.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to outbound, return shipping, and handling fees.
