METIS… Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies to METIS… AI Social Glasses purchased through official METIS… channels and is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

Warranty Coverage

METIS… warrants that your METIS… AI Social Glasses will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase.

During the warranty period, METIS… may, at its discretion, repair the product, replace it with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value, or provide another solution permitted by applicable law.

What Is Covered

This Limited Warranty covers hardware defects resulting from manufacturing faults or defective materials when the product is used under normal conditions and in accordance with METIS… official guidelines.

What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, abuse, accidents, liquid exposure, unauthorized modifications or repairs, use of non-METIS… accessories, software-related issues not caused by hardware defects, or products with altered or missing serial numbers.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

If you believe your product is defective within the warranty period, please contact METIS… Support at help@verio.fun and provide proof of purchase along with a clear description of the issue.

If warranty service is approved, METIS… will provide instructions for repair or replacement. Customers must follow the provided process to remain eligible for warranty coverage.

Shipping and Costs

If the defect is confirmed to be covered under this warranty, METIS… will cover the cost of repair or replacement. Shipping responsibilities may vary depending on location and local regulations.

Replacement Products

Any repaired or replaced product will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or the minimum period required by law, whichever is longer. Replacement products may be new or refurbished and are functionally equivalent to the original product.

Limitation of Liability
